Sorry for partying.
Calaxy took both halves of the "work hard, play hard" mantra a little too seriously in June 2022 when the team rolled into the Big Apple looking to make a big splash. First, then-Chief Technology Officer Cooper Kunz spoke on an NFT panel featuring some of the industry's heavy hitters.
Then, the Calaxy team followed that performance up with a rager to end all ragers at 230 Fifth.
Calaxy Co-Founder & Executive Chair Spencer Dinwiddie — fresh off the end of his NBA season — turned out and brought a bunch of Calaxy's Creator Roster with him, including Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott.
The night started with a DJ bumping tunes in front of a massive LED screen adorned with high-fidelity footage from the Calaxy app. That gave way to live performances from some of Calaxy's talented Creators before the night was capped off with a toast from Solo & Spencer themselves.
(A phone call may or may not have been placed to the fire marshal at one point during the evening's festivities.)
